I am a movement specialist.
We at jonesing2move, where I work as the lead movement specialist, think that everything is interconnected. We begin by looking at the global view of how your body balances and moves.
My name is Ian Jones.
We have developed a methodical approach for identifying the underlying cause of the discomfort or dysfunction by utilizing techniques supported by science and various modalities.
This allows us to move better and make sure the pain never comes back.
While working with a therapist one on one we will offer a special experience by not only creating comfort for the client but also treating the cause, not the symptom.
CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
Dedicated 2 Your Health
"My experience with Ian was phenomenal! I went to see him after seeing 3 massage therapists and still being in pain. I explained where I was hurting and Ian knew exactly what to do to make all the pain and discomfort go away.
He is not only extremely knowledgeable in what he does, but a super nice person who makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the minute to you meet. I would recommend ( and I have) Ian to anyone who is in any discomfort or pain."

"Ian was life changing for me!! Anytime I feel any sort of discomfort or pain, I know he'll have the answer.
Over my time with Ian he's helped me gain a tremendous amount of confidence and taught how to improve a negative mindset. He's seriously incredible!!"
- Hailey
"Coach Ian trained me post partum, he helped me strengthen my mobility and my core. He believed in me when I didn't. Having him as my trainer, not only helped me get stronger but also helped me in setting goals for myself.
Because his skillset goes beyond a fitness trainer, your body comes out healed of chronic pain, stronger and healthier. The results really speak for themselves on a physical and conscious level."
-Liv
"I have been training with Coach Ian for about 1 year. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. He helped me get rid of shoulder pain at the beginning of my fitness journey and is always there to help with the pains and strains of training.
Last but not least, Coach Ian is always happy, smiling and entertaining. I like to call it "Happy Hour" at the gym!"
-Sandra
"Ian is a rock star.
He's attentive to my issues, searches for answers to help me work through my problems, respectful and polite and most importantly, determined to help me be at my best.
He also has a great laugh."
- Ashley
"I was looking for a PT who would get me back on my fitness journey after my surgery and he definitely gave me the push I needed. Ian is patient, knowledgeable and professional. He understands the human anatomy and is unique in his approach.
I highly recommend him."
